Seacrest interviews Lautner during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his role in the film Tracers.
I find myself at the beginning of the movie owing a bunch of money I borrowed, and that’s when I met Nikki and her street criminal friends who sort of have this underground delivery business using parkour. I become involved in that to make some money…Whether it was running down a street from roofs of cars to the top of a semi truck, jumping down from that, or some insane jump off a building, it was endless, these crazy stunts we had to do.
Seacrest interviews Lautner during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about dropping his pants in the film Twilight.
It was very embarrassing because I have to be absolutely dead serious in the scene and I’m stripping for Billy Burke, who is a very cool guy. And of course I know many people are going to see that scene so it was tough to take it off.
Lautner appears on the cover of the October 2011 issue of Seventeen magazine. He talks about his connection with his Twilight co-star Lily Collins and where he sees himself in 5 years.
I believe in the saying, ‘If you aim at nothing, you’re going to hit nothing.’ So if you don’t set goals, then you have nowhere to go. I guess winning an Oscar is the ultimate dream. A lot of amazing actors go their whole career without even being nominated. So that would definitely be a goal to reach. It’s a difficult one, but I’m aiming for it!
Seacrest interviews Lautner during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the actors that he looks up too.
I’ve had a few actors that I’ve looked up to my entire life. I mean, like, Tom Cruise and Matt Damon, Leonardo (DiCaprio). They’ve done similar movies and tone to this. But what I love most about them is that they’ve continued to challenge themselves in a wide variety of roles throughout their career.
Lautner wins People’s Choice Award for Favorite Breakout Movie Actor.
This really means a lot to me. This is my first People’s Choice (award) and it wouldn’t have happened without you guys.
Lautner appears on the cover of the October 2009 issue of Teen Vogue magazine. He talks about team Jacob fans, paparazzi, and his career aspirations.
I really look up to Denzel Washington as an actor. I’d love to do a film with him one day in the future. That would be my dream come true. And I love the action-drama films like Matt Damon and Brad Pitt do.
