I hate sequins, sparkles, and pink. I have to have a certain image, but if it were my choice, I would wear something a lot more edgy.

victorria-justice-seveteen-april-2011Justice appears on the cover of the April 2011 issue of Seventeen magazine. She talks about how she used to be less confident and trying things at parties.

I’m not going to lie to you: I’ve tried things. I’m not some robot who’s programmed to be perfect. I’ve been to high school parties. And even if I’ve had a drink, it’s always in a responsible way. I did go through a phase when I wanted to try smoking, and for a minute I did. But shortly after, I just kind of realized it was gross, and I didn’t like anything about it.

Seacrest interviews Justice during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her music.

I’ve been working a lot on my own music. I’ve been writing a lot of music, which has been great. We’re working on the new soundtrack for this season of my show. I’m going on tour this summer, I think I am doing 18 or 20 tour dates and it’s going to be crazy.

Seacrest interviews Justice during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the Make It In America Tour.

I’m so pumped. I’m really ready. I’ve been rehearing and stuff and I’m doing some cool covers and performing a bunch of songs from the show that I think the fans will know, and I have a really great opening act. His name is Max Schneider, super cool guy who’s also on Nickelodeon. It’s gonna be a good time. I want this to be a concert that people won’t forget for a while and they’re just gonna have lots of fun. It’s called my Make It In America tour, which is actually a song that I wrote which ended up on Victorious, so I think it’s the song that I’m probably most proud of and that is one of my favorites. It’s a pretty like epic song. It’s like very passionate.

I’m not afraid to put myself out there for the sake of comedy. I’m not afraid to take a pie in the face. I’m not afraid to look silly and make a fool of myself. It’s kind of thrilling for me

Seacrest interviews Justice during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her next album.

I have a solo record deal and I’ve been writing my own songs for that since I was 16. I have over 40 songs written and produced. And after Fun Sized comes out, I’m going to get back in the studio and release my first single and an album next year. Faster Than Boys is about a certain type of guy, like the guy who thinks he’s got it all going on. It’s letting that guy know, “I’m faster than you” and how girls are more mature than guys in a lot of ways and it has many different layers.

On Air interview

Seacrest interviews Justice during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her role in the MTV series Eye Candy.

It’s a very different role than anything I’ve ever done, which is why it was so exciting for me. I play this computer hacker girl who is on a mission and she also has a lot of emotional back story. My sister was abducted in the first episode and it’s my mission to find her.

Justice appears on the cover of the February 2015 issue of Seventeen magazine. She talks about Eye Candy, taking control, and her relationship with Pierson Fode.

It all comes down to chemistry—it’s either there or it’s not. And relationships are not always easy. I’m currently in a relationship, and he’s in L.A., so it’s important to find ways to stay connected—even just playing Words With Friends and Skyping when you can. When you’re young, not every relationship is going to work out. You’re going to go through breakups, and you’re probably going to have your heart broken. It’s important to remember that just because someone breaks up with you, it doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you. All relationships are a learning curve.

Makes Statement0 Comments

Justice announces that MTV has canceled its show Eye Candy after just one season.

Eye Candy will not be returning for season 2. Even though a lot of you are going to feel sad/angry, please know that playing Lindy Sampson, is something that I loved and I will hold dear to my heart.
