It’s brilliant for me to come here, and I want to try and get in the team as soon as I can to help Norwich get back to the Premier League. I had to move on from Arsenal and Norwich have given me the chance to prove myself. The Championship is a tough league, but I know what it’s about and I enjoyed it last season. I’m really looking forward to getting started.

I’m extremely proud. To come to a club of Norwich City’s stature is a fantastic achievement for me. I’m really looking forward to the challenge of coming here after my loan finishes at Swindon. It’s a massive club with a huge fan base, there’s not a single negative thing to say about them. Hopefully they can do well this year and challenge for a Premier League place

It was a hard-fought game, changed by the goal which allowed them to try and catch us on the break which they nearly did a couple of times, though Murphy’s chance was gilt-edged, he knows he should have scored.
