The Virginia Military Institute and the Obama administration reach agreement to resolve sexual harassment and assault complaints. The Education Department’s Office of Civil Rights says the state school also failed to provide prompt and equitable resolution of complaints of sexual harassment and assault. The school has reservations, but concludes it is time to put its six-year dispute with the government to an end. VMI says:
