Miller is sidelined for the 2014 football season due to a shoulder injury. Redshirt freshman J.T. Barret is predicted to start in the Buckeyes season opener against Navy on August 30. Miller hopes to return for his final year of eligibility in 2015:

I am on course to graduate in December and I want to attend graduate school, and then return to lead the Buckeyes next season.
