The fountain of youth [for me], let’s see…I guess it’s exercise, healthy diet, lots of water, lots of laughter, lots of sex — yes, sex, we need that as human beings. It’s healthy, it’s natural, it’s what we are here to do!

Cosmopolitan cover
Diaz appears on the cover of the January issue of Cosmopolitan. Diaz discusses her thoughts on finding the right guy.
You have to find someone else in the same place as you are. Timing is everything. If you get into a relationship where you want something the guy doesn’t want, it’s never gonna work. You’re never going to get him to be in that place. No matter how old you are, finding the guy who’s in the same place as you are and wants to show up is the only way a relationship works, period.
On Air interview
Diaz gives an interview to Ryan Seacrest during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her role in the film Annie.
It’s kind of like a brand new film. There’s new characters, it takes place in the modern age, the modern day. The generation of kids who are going to see this Annie without having seen the original, this is going to be their Annie. This is what they’re going to know, this is the cast that they’re going to know. And because the cast is so diverse, I think they’ll be able to see themselves in it. More diverse groups of kids will be able to see themselves in it, which I’m really proud of.

Marie Claire cover
Diaz appears on the November cover of Marie Claire magazine.
I’m not looking for a husband or marriage or not not looking for that stuff. I’m living, and not thinking what I should or shouldn’t be doing with my life. We live in a society where everyone has kids, so they want other people to have kids. There is this culture that says celebrities are supposed to be just like us, so people think, ‘I have children, why doesn’t she?’ But I’m not going to do something because it’s expected. If a family happens, then it happens. If children come to me, then I would do that, but I’m not someone who feels like she has to do something because it’s expected.

He’s so great. He is, first off, easy on the eyes. And then he’s just about the kindest, sweetest guy ever. I met his mother the other night and I told her how impressed we were by her son and how great of a job she did. He was always the one who would get up for all the girls [and ask] ‘Can I get you anything?’ and he always came back with waters for everybody. He’s such a gentleman.
Cameron Diaz interview
Winfrey interviews Cameron Diaz in her home for Oprah’s Next Chapter and questions Diaz on aging and the anti-aging slogan.
There is no such thing as anti aging. I get so mad now when I hear on TV like anti aging. Well that’s the thing isn’t it. We don’t honor the journey and who we are and how much we have to offer. For me I feel like it’s almost as if we have failed if we don’t remain 25 for the rest of our lives.
Cameron Diaz interview

Food day, It’s a day I cook all the good food for the rest of the week. If you eat the proper food all day long you can have those little bits of what people consider a cheat.

Well, you have to have the right clothing—you don’t want anything rough that causes chafing. And there has to be a lot of contact. It’s a full-body sport, like a wrestling match.
