Al Sharpton is an American minister and civil rights activist.  He was born in 1954 in Brooklyn, New York.  He has appeared as a regular guest on Fox News, MSNBC, and CNN.  Sharpton was a candidate for the Democratic nomination in the 2004 Presidential Election.  He became host of PoliticsNation on MSNBC in 2011.
