Chris Rock is an American actor and comedian born in 1965 in Andrews, South Carolina. Rock initially Rock rose to fame as a standup comic and on Saturday Night Live. Rock has appeared in movies such as New Jack City, Boomerang, Dr. Doolittle, Beverly Hills Cop II, Grown Ups and Death at a Funeral. He has won two Grammy Awards, four Emmy Awards and a Blockbuster Entertainment Award. Rock is married to Malay Compton-Rock and has two children.
