Grant Hill
Grant Hill is a former American basketball player born in 1972 in Dallas, Texas. Hill played the small forward position. He is the son of retired NFL running back Calvin Hill. During his career, he played 16 seasons for the Detroit Pistons, Orlando Magic, Phoenix Suns, and Los Angeles Clippers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Hill played college basketball for Duke University from 1990 to 1994. Some of his accolades at Duke include ACC Player of the Year, two-time All American, and two national championships. He was drafted by the Detroit Pistons in 1994 and shared Rookie of the Year Honors with Jason Kidd. Other honors he earned in the NBA include seven All-Star teams, five All-NBA teams, an Olympic gold medal and three NBA Sportsmanship Awards. He is married to singer Tamia and they have two children.
