In all honesty, my memory was that I won the title and they were like, “Here, you’re in charge of it now.” And I was like, “What do you mean? You can’t give this to me. I’m supposed to travel with this and check it?” And they were like, “No, don’t check it. That’s a carry-on, brother.” I asked what would happen if I lose it? And they said, “You can’t lose it. You cannot lose this.”
Arquette, McClarty engaged
The actor is now engaged after proposing to McLarty at Mastro’s Ocean Club in Malibu, CA.

I play Kieth Jefferson the happy face killer. He’s a real guy he killed eight women and its insane, he’s in jail in Oregon. A tragedy, its hard playing something when you know that there are actual victim’s families out there. But as an actor it’s my job to entertain and just sort of explore aspects of that and hopefully bring something to it.
Expecting child
Arquette and McLarty are expecting their first child together. The two have been dating on and off since 2011. Arquette has a child from a previous marriage.

I look forward to having some time where I can just sit and talk to him. Because Alexis, my sister, is transgender. I grew up with her and I saw some of the struggles that she had. So, I feel like we could have a great connection on that and I have a ton of respect for doing this, it is a big challenge for everyone and it’s puts you out there. I just think it’s great.
Cox, Arquette split
Cox and Arquette split after 11 years of marriage. Cox said they have tried counseling in the past.
The reason for this separation is to better understand ourselves and the qualities we need in a partner and for our marriage. We remain best friends and responsible parents to our daughter and we still love each other deeply. As we go though this process we are determined to use kindness and understanding to get through this together.
