Talk is Jericho interview
Ambrose is a guest on Talk is Jericho to discuss scripted promos in WWE.
A lot of guys come out and they do the exact same thing, are in the exact same mood and have the exact same entrance every night… I really just make up a lot of crap as I go along. The first time that somebody handed me a sheet of paper with a promo on it, it was like a ‘throw up in your mouth’ kind of moment. And it’s not like their fault, you know? It’s not the writers’ fault. But if was my world, there would be no written promos, there’d be no scripts… That wouldn’t be a thing.
Sam Roberts interview
Ambrose is a guest on the Sam Roberts Wrestling Show to discuss if Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns being injured has created an opening for him in the main event scene in WWE.
Injuries are always unfortunate and sometimes if things are spread a little thinner, you might have to put more work on your plate that night because the show must go on. I’m not trying to take anyone’s spot in the business. I’m trying to have my own spot that no one can take because it’s my spot, it’s my thing. I’m trying to do my thing, not really worried about where everybody else is. But stuff happens and you just have to roll with the punches.
NJ.com interview
Ambrose talks to NJ.com about the Authority and preparing for matches.
I listen to some Hank Williams before I go out. I tell some jokes. I have fun. I don’t waste too much energy thinking about it – I like to save that all for the ring. The calmest part of my day is right before a match.
RVAMag.com interview
Ambrose sits down for an interview with RVAMag.com. He discusses Money in the Bank and Seth Rollins.
You know, it’s one of those things where a lot is at stake and you might have to take a big risk to get up that ladder. There’s a lot in play. Lots of metal, high heights, and a lot of players in the game. It’s a very unpredictable situation. You just have to go into with no fear and no reservations. You just have to go for it. You got to pick your spots and be smart though.
TheClassical.org interview
Ambrose talks to TheClassical, org about who he travels with on the road and who he’d like to work with.
I travel with The Shield. We keep it very tight and travel together. I’ll travel with Claudio [Castagnoli] sometimes—Antonio Cesaro. I get along with pretty much everybody. I’m really easy to get along with.
Onnit interview
Ambrose talks to Onnit on coming into WWE’s main roster and working with The Undertaker.
By the time we actually got through sitting in Tampa for a while, we had all been down there for a long time… but by the time we were at like, we’re at Wrestlemania, we’re on the main stage, we’re doing our thing, because we got thrown right into the fire really quickly. We had a good little act with three rookies, and they just threw us right out there with the main eventers.
