Lovato releases her first single since rehab titled Skyscraper. Lovato recorded the single a year ago before undergoing treatment for her struggle with eating disorders and then re-recorded the single after treatment, but uses the first recording on her album.

It just didn’t feel the same, so we kept the original one. For me it was … so symbolic, it being the song I recorded before treatment and yet it was providing a message.
