Soldiers get 4 hours of training

U.S. soldiers are reported to receive four hours of training about Ebola before deploying to west Africa, and are having to invent some protocols and procedures on the fly. The first 500 personnel to arrive are also waiting for longer-term infrastructure to be set up, and have been housed in government buildings and hotels, it says. U. S.
