Close is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama at the 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards for portraying Patty Hewes on Damages.

I congratulate all my fabulous category sisters, Rosie-my partner in crime-and Lily, Marty and Ted, who are brilliant. I’m so proud to be a part of this show. Our extraordinary writers have consistently challenged and inspired the entire Damages team.
