It was gratifying work, and I felt inspired by what was written. I’m generally not a TV watcher, but I watched the first season and was addicted to it. Mia seemed like someone I could identify with. To be a single woman in New York at that age, she was incredibly lonely. I had a lot of sympathy for her.
