Elway, son of Denver Broncos general manager and Hall of Fame quarterback John Elway, pleads guilty to a lesser charge of disturbing the peace to avoid assault charges. The plea stems from an incident in May when Jack Elway allegedly pulls his then-girlfriend from a car by her hair and shoves her to the ground. Jack Elway receives a year’s probation along with domestic violence counseling.
