Lagerfeld designs a karl_lagerfeld_cake_sketch-800x564Chanel lipstick cake to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Chef Alain Ducasse’s Beige restaurant. The chocolate and caramel cake will be baked by head pastry chef Julien Kientzler.
