Revolutionary Road

Winslet plays April Wheeler, a 1950’s housewife, in this drama directed by Sam Mendes from the novel by Richard Yates. April and her husband Frank (Leonardo DiCaprio), both with big dreams, meet and marry in the late 1940s. Flash forward to married with children suburban life and they both find themselves unsatisfied and unfulfilled, struggling to find a path to happiness. Co-starring Kathy Bates.
