Seacrest interviews Heigl during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about her role in the film The Nut Job. 

I’m really excited about it because it’s the first time I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of an animated movie. And with two small children all we do every night, especially in Utah because there’s not a lot to do, is watch animated movies with our daughters. Like, it’s our family time so I thought, ‘This is going to be great!’ I can actually sit down with my kids and watch one of mine that was a big reason why I wanted to [do the film].
