Lita (Amy Dumas) is born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida despite being billed from Sanford, North Carolina in WWE. She first develops an interest in professional wrestling after watching Rey Mysterio on WCW television. In 1998 she moves to Mexico to learn more about the art of professional wrestling and begins training there.
