Maria Jose Alvarado murdered age 19

Alvarado and her sister, Sofia Trinidad, are found dead in Cablotales village, near the River Aguagua. Two men, including Trinidad’s boyfriend, Plutarco Ruiz, are detained for questioning. Police spokesman Jose Coello:

Both are being questioned as part of the investigation into the disappearance of [Ms Alvarado] and her sister. We hope to establish what role they may have played.
