The patients, a man and a woman, are family members who traveled together and shared a room in Saudi Arabia for two weeks. Officials don’t know if one or both of them picked up the disease at the same location, but one of them did visit a camel farm. Both individuals have underlying conditions that make them more susceptible to the disease.
