After almost a year of inactivity, Tyson returns to the ring for his 58th and final fight against journeyman Kevin McBride in Washington, DC. After suffering a TKO in the sixth round Tyson announces his retirement:

I don’t have the guts to fight anymore. My heart is not in it anymore. I don’t want to disrespect the sport I love.

He retires with a record of 50 wins (44 by KO), 6 Losses and 2 No Contests.
