Weaver is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Miniseries or Movie at the 65th Primetime Emmy Awards for portraying Elaine Barrish on Political Animals.

Such great news to wake up to.  And I am very touched and honored that my work as Elaine is nominated. It means so much to me. Thank you to the academy and thank you so much to USA who championed our show.
