A Few Good Men
Cruise plays Lt. Daniel Kaffee, a military lawyer defending two U.S. Marines charged with killing a fellow Marine at the Guantanamo Bay Naval Base in Cuba. Although Kaffee is known for seeking plea bargains, a fellow lawyer convinces him that the accused marines were most likely carrying out an order from a commanding officer. Kaffee takes a risk by calling Col. Nathan R. Jessep, played by Jack Nicholson, to the stand in an effort to uncover the conspiracy. Co-starring Demi Moore, Kevin Bacon, Kevin Pollak, James Marshall, J. T. Walsh and Kiefer Sutherland. Nicholson:
He will out-everything you. He will outwork you, outthink you, outstunt you and outnice you. If you’re an athletic, 25-year-old production assistant, he will outsprint you in front of the entire crew.
