Crash investigation complete

Ontario County Sheriff’s office investigation is complete regarding the incident where Stewart’s car struck Kevin Ward Jr. The District Attorney’s office will announce the result next week. Stewart could possibly be charged with second-degree manslaughter, depending upon the findings.

The District Attorney’s Office, which has been meeting throughout the investigative process with members of the Sheriff’s Office, will make a statement late next week advising what action will be taken regarding the investigation.
