Stratus talks to LFPress about her wrestling career and switching from the ring to being an entrepreneur.
Wresting was not my life. It was part of my life. I got into yoga, practiced all over the world and got certified and turned my passion into a business in 2008 … I produced my own television show and that allowed to me to control my image and my brand.
Stratus talks to Turnbuckle Weekly on the current state of the diva’s division in WWE.
Right now you see the girls with the girls, which is fine, but you can only do so much with the same characters. Unfortunately, they don’t have super developed characters at the moment… The potential is there because there’s some great workers. That’s what we had at the moment things shifted for us. We had the right things.
Stratus talks to Main Event Radio about her transition from wrestling to the world of fitness and her Hall of Fame induction.

Stratus is a guest on The Ross Report to discuss being a mother, her introduction into WWE and the term “divas”.
I’ve always hated the term divas and I still do. If you look back I only called myself a diva once or twice. I don’t really believe in that term. I look at myself as a woman wrestler.
Stratus is a guest on the Steve Austin Show to discuss her WWE career, retirement and her childhood.
I would classify myself as a bit of a nerd. I was kind of a science geek. I liked to explore. I was the kind of kid who asked for a microscope for my birthday. But I was also into sports.
Stratus talks to WWE.com about her latest endeavor, a yoga program titled “Stratusphere Yoga”
I had been told I was experiencing degenerative disc damage, and when I got squished by Viscera in the ring in 2005, that’s when the damage caught up with me. I was put out of action and diagnosed with a herniated disc. The doctors said I had to have surgery, but I knew there had to be another way to fix it. I did some physical therapy, which did not work. And then I found yoga. Yoga reversed the damage, allowed me to come back and finish out my career. Yoga has been in my life ever since.
Stratus talks to WWE.com about the current state of the diva’s division in WWE.
There are lots of great workers right now. Seeing Brie and Stephanie in there a couple of weeks ago made me kind of excited again. So we’ll see what happens. You know if that Stephanie keeps up her ways there is one woman that I know can put her in her place, just saying…me!
