Berry, Aubry make peace
Aubry and Berry last night struck a deal to “move forward” from the dramatic Thanksgiving Day brawl between the model and Martinez. Aubry, wearing dark sunglasses to hide his ugly bruises, was back in Los Angeles family court, where high-powered lawyers for him and Berry — who did not attend the session — hammered out a truce. Berry lawyer Blair Berk and Gabriel attorney Shawn Holley emerged from a closed-door hearing and declared peace in a handwritten statement:
The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter.
A source told The New York Post that the “amicable agreement” refers to both the child-custody agreement and the Thanksgiving Day fight.
