Kardashian appears on the cover of the September/October 2014 issue of Natural Health magazine. She talks about organic food, her pregnancy diet, and her kids’ relationship with their cousin North West.

They love her so much. I’m so happy that Penelope gets to grow up with a cousin close to her age too. They’re less than a year apart. Kim asks me for advice a lot, but she’s a great mom, very nurturing. It’s nice to see how people do it differently. Our kids are all lucky to have many different people around to give them so much love.
