Machete Kills

Heard plays Miss San Antonio, an undercover beauty pageant contestant, in this crime thriller directed by Robert Rodriguez. Miss San Antonio seduces Machete (Danny Trejo) before sending him on his way to meet a woman who can help take down the arms dealer Marcos Mendez. When Machete meets her again, she is Miss Texas and proceeds to doublecross him. Co-starring Mel Gibson, Charlie Sheen, Sofia Vergara. Rodriguez on working with Heard:

I’ve always loved Amber Heard. I finally met with her. It was early on in the process, I haven’t usually even finished the script yet when I meet with people, … And I think I actually went to her as a possibility for the part Gaga ended up playing…. But I  met with her and she was just so cool, she’s just so badass. And she spoke some Spanish. I promised I would shoot her gorgeous.
