Apple completes acquirement of Beats:.Vivendi’s stake in Beats was purchased for $404 million, completing the $3 billion dollar deal. The Beats Electronics and Beats Music divisions fall under the agreement.

Today we are excited to officially welcome Beats Music and Beats Electronics to the Apple family.
