Sign to American Records

The band signs a recording contract with American Records, a division of Sony BMG/ Columbia. They will work with producer Rick Rubin, who for over two decades has produced albums for the Beastie Boys, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Johnny Cash, and Tom Petty – among others.
