Mr. & Mrs. Smith

Pitt stars in this romance-action film directed by Doug Liman, playing a hired assassin who falls in love and marries another assassin played by Angelina Jolie. Working for two different firms, both of them are not aware of each other’s true profession until a contract has been put on their lives. The cast includes Vince Vaughn, Kerry Washington, and Adam Brody.

The ‘assassins’ thing is secondary to me. The movie to me plays so much more on the level of relationships. That was kind of the backdrop or the metaphor for getting lost in your work. But having said that, [Angelina Jolie’s] a damn good shot.
