Want U Back

Single Release0 Comments

Lloyd releases third single titled Want U Back. The single is featured on her first record Sticks and Stones. The song also is a collaboration by writers Savan Kotecha and Shellback.

It’s basically a track from lots of different girls’ stories out there. A lot of people are telling me they can relate to the track and they’ve been in that situation, but it’s also got an element of fun in it.

Sticks and Stones

Lloyd releases debut album titled Sticks and Stones. The 10 track record is a collaboration of writing and producing from Lloyd, Busta Rhymes, Mike Posner and Ghetts. The track also features Lloyd’s single Swagger Jagger.

People will never know the meaning of some songs because they’re too personal to explain, but if they like me and the song so much, they should know what it’s about. I prefer it when people have different interpretations of the song and use their imagination.

Swagger Jagger

Lloyd releases her debut single Swagger Jagger. Lloyd collaborated with The Runners and The Monarch to produce and write the track.

It’s good, isn’t it? I didn’t really expect it if I’m honest—I’m not complaining though! I thought it would either go all the way or completely miss the top 20.

Finishes fourth

Lloyd finishes fourth in season seven of the United Kingdom’s The X Factor. A mash-up of the songs The Clapping Song and Get Ur Freak On as well as a duet with Will.I.Am are Lloyd’s losing performances after receiving the fewest public votes.

If everything fails, I’ll go into another area of the performing arts, such as acting, but that’s for when I get a bit old and don’t look or sound as good.
