Fans show support for Padalecki and his charity “Always Keep Fighting” with a candlelight vigil at Comic-Con in San Diego. The show of support comes after Padalecki’s tweet for fans to send support and love as he battles with depression.

The trailer for Batman vs Superman: Dawn Of Justice is released to a standing ovation during the film’s Comic-Con panel. The trailer shows Cavill as Superman and Affleck as Batman. Adams is Lois Lane, Eisenberg is Lex Luthor and Gadot plays Wonderwoman. The film is directed by Snyder.

Sherlock trailer
The first trailer for Sherlock’s special is released at Comic-con. The trailer shows Cumberbatch and Freeman in the Victorian era arriving at 221b Baker street. Mrs Hudson (Stubbs) complains that she is never written about in Watson’s stories.
Comic-Con appearance
Sting shows up at WWE’s comic-con panel in full makeup and costume. The wrestler’s status with the company has been unknown until now. Sting’s appearance confirms he is under some working deal with the company. The wrestler will also be featured in the WWE 2K15 video game and WWE’s next line of action figures.
