Jeter makes his last appearance at an All-Star Game before retiring at the end of the season.  The crowd gives him a standing ovation lasting 63 seconds. Sinatra’s New York, New York plays over the PA system while Jeter waves to the crowd, shakes hands with the players in the dugout and comes out to the field for another look at the crowd.  Jeter scores two hits in the game, and the American League wins the game 5-3.
