Drake buys a $7.7 million Hidden Hills mansion that he had previously been renting. The compound was originally listed for $27 million in January 2009. It dropped to $9.95 million in November 2011. The 12,500-square-foot house in the gated community has seven beds and nine baths. The interior has a wine cellar/tasting room, built-in library, game room, spa/massage room, master suite with his-and-hers bathrooms, and a 24-seat theater. The interior is fully designed with soaring ceilings and arched wood beams. The plot also contains commercial bathrooms, five-stall horse facilities with riding area, a mechanical bull, tennis court, a sand volleyball court, and viewing pavilions. It also features a large pool with grotto and wet bar.
