Nurmagomedov says he is ready to fight McGregor.
I can’t belive we are going to really want this guy. Make him humble. Tech him But not only smash, but change his face. Not only face, but also to change his mind too. We’ve got a strong commitment to memorable melodies…We’re ‘all killer no filler’…I spent a lot of time when we first started out, trying to sound more like everybody else, trying to sound more indy. But I’ve got a reasonable range and as I’ve developed and become more confident in what I’m doing it’s become more honest and truthful. It seems to be working.

Attorney: ‘No accuracy’ to McGregor plea deal rumours
A spokesperson for McGregor’s attorneys says a report by TMZ that the fighter has taken a plea deal is not accurate

Kavanagh hoping for year-end McGregor fight
Kavanagh says McGregor could fight two or three times in 2019.

White: ‘We’re not talking about a McGregor fight right now’
At a post-UFC 226 press conference at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, White says any talk of McGregor’s return to The Octagon must wait until the fighter clears his legal issues.
I’m not even thinking about Conor until – I’m serious. I know they’re saying there are talks, but we’re not talking about a fight right now. Conor has to get through July. Chiesa: McGregor bus attack cost UFC title shot
Chiesa says McGregor’s bus attack cost him a shot to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov after Max Holloway had pulled out. Chiesa feels had he been healthy, he would have been the clear replacement.
I don’t really got a lot to say to the guy. I lost a title shot. I have proof. I was the highest-ranked guy on the card. I would have stepped in to fight Khabib at the drop of a dime. Namajunas dismisses McGregor apology
Namajunas, who said she was traumatised by McGregor’s ‘bus attack’ says his apology wasn’t up to scratch.
I did get an Instagram message from him, but I don’t really know if that was really him. To me, that doesn’t seem like the type of, it just didn’t seem like a sincere apology from an actual person. To me, I didn’t really, I guess, consider it a real apology…It said, ‘I’m sorry for what happened,’ and then it was like, but then he immediately went on to like justifying what he did and stuff like that and the reasons why he did it…That to me was like, it really doesn’t matter. I don’t care what beef he’s got with who. That’s none of my business, I don’t need to know that information. Do you know what I mean? That doesn’t do anything for me. So there was an apology and I’m a pretty cool person and I always accept apologies, but to me, I’m like a personal person, I like face to face. That’s how I like to handle things. I feel like anything can be worked out, you just gotta talk through it as adults.
Asked if she had gotten over the incident:
No, man. When we got back home, we stayed upstairs, locked in our room because we were just paranoid about how crazy the week was. It was really tough…I’m still paranoid about everything. I have a therapist that I go see.
Nurmagomedov manager: McGregor ‘running out of money’
Aziz says McGregor only wants to fight Nurmagomedov because he is running out of money.
The last time I talked to Dana, he seemed this is the fight he wants to do. This is the biggest fight in UFC history, the biggest money maker. Conor is running out of money; this is why he agreed to fight Khabib. It’s OK — we are going to contribute to him making some money, but at the end of the day, we owe him an ass whooping. We need to get this ass whooping for Khabib and get it out of the way…[Nurmagomedov] doesn’t like the guy. We don’t like the guy. We don’t like his team. We don’t like what they represent. We don’t like what Conor represents. I like some of the stuff he does, to be honest, but he thinks he’s a gangster — I don’t think he is. Gangsters, they end in jail or get beat up.
Kavanagh: I’d almost bet anything Nurmagomedov vs. McGregor happens before the end of the year
McGregor team’s head coach, Kavanagh, lends further weight to fellow coach Roddy’s statement last week, that the negotiations for the title fight between Nurmagomedov and McGregor are “brewing up nicely”. Kavanagh expects the matchup to take place before the end of 2018.
It’s the obvious fight, as his coach and as a fan. As a fan of MMA, it’s the fight I want to see as well. I would almost bet anything — almost bet anything — that fight happens before the end of the year. I can’t imagine it not happening.
