Engine manufacturers received data from missing plane
The manufacturers of the missing Boeing 777’s Trent 800 engines, Rolls Royce, received two data reports from the flight before it disappeared. The news is just now being reported, as these reports are usually kept out of the public eye until air investigators request them. One data burst came when the plane took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the second when the plane was flying towards Beijing, its slated destination. The data received by Rolls Royce may help investigators determine what happened to make the plane deviate from its flight path and ultimately disappear.
