‘Special announcement’ coming

On Twitter and in a Snapchat video O’Malley’s hints that his presidential launch will occur on the morning of May 30 at 10:00 a.m. in Baltimore’s Federal Hill Park. The short video, which does not have any audio, shows various scenes of downtown Baltimore and ends with a sign at Federal Hill Park.
