Colton Dixon interview
Seacrest interviews Dixon during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the new American Idol judges.
For me, I think Nicki Minaj would be the hardest judge just because I don’t understand her. You’re intimidated by things you don’t understand. So, I would be sure to try to win her over first.
Carrie Keagan interview
Seacrest interviews Keagan during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about Amanda Bynes joining her show Big Morning Buzz Live.
I think she’d make a fantastic correspondent on the show. She’s beautiful, she has a lot to offer, and it seems like she’s got some time on her hands right now. So, we would love it if she would want to come. And I think she just moved to New York. So, it’s perfect timing for everybody.
Cody Simpson interview
Seacrest interviews Simpson during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his relationship status.
(The Kardashians) have been so supportive of me, I am single though. Selena (Gomez) hasn’t tried to (hook me up with any of her friends) yet. Selena is Justin’s, and I’m single, and I’m pretty happy with it right now. So we’ll see what happens.
Justin Timberlake interview
Seacrest interviews Timberlake during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him how he courted his fiancée Jessica Biel.
I asked her the old fashioned way—by telephone. I learned from my step-dad and my grandfather that there is this thing called chivalry that didn’t die with the birth of the internet.
Georgia King interview
Seacrest interviews King during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her impression of her costar NeNe Leakes.
I actually did not know who NeNe was. So, I’ve actually gotten to know her just as a lady and she is so awesome. She’s constantly making weird crazy faces on the set she’s a real force of nature.
Bruno Mars interview
Seacrest interviews Mars during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him if he has ever heard his music playing in the club.
We were in France or London and we were like, “Let’s go out!” We ended up going to this seedy, seedy strip club. So, all the band is out there and they got word that I was there and they said, “Ladies and gentlemen we got Bruno Mars here.” So, this poor girl had to go up on stage and dance to Just The Way You Are. It’s probably one of the worst songs to ever dance to in a strip club and she’s looking at me, and I’m just looking at her and I’m saying, “I’m sorry, I’m so sorry.”
Sophie Simmons interview
Seacrest interviews Simmons during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her time on American Idol.
I think everyone’s always terrified of Simon. In all honesty, I was more terrified of Britney, because she really knows what it takes to be in this business and to have a prolonged career in it.
Kellan Lutz interview
Seacrest interviews Lutz during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks how he approaches women.
I’ve become more mature. My M.O. now is to be who I really am and not be fake in order for a girl to like me back. Because at the end of the day I have to be with somebody that loves me for who I really am.
Bruno Mars interview
Seacrest interviews Mars during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his single Locked Out of Heaven.
I think I’m most excited for my fans to hear my voice again. It’s been a while and I’ve been hibernating in the studio. I just can’t wait for them to hear the music that I’m doing these days.
Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino interview
Seacrest interviews Sorrentino during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him why he went to rehab.
Because I knew I had to shoot Jersey Shore in 6-8 months, and I wasn’t going to be able to do a production if I was having trouble doing a one day appearance.
Michaels Weighs interview
Seacrest interviews Weighs during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks him about NFL Replacement Refs.
The people that came in did the best that they could. The difference is is that the games now will be moving along quickly and they’ll have a rhythm to them. The last couple of games on Sunday nights just had no rhythm because the officials were conferring, and just taking a long time to go over replays and just weren’t keeping the game moving along. The other guys will (keep it moving along) because they’re used to it. But you’ll still see a bunch of bad calls, and then people will be up in arms about it. We’ll see how long it is before the crowd starts to chant again.
E.L. James interview
Seacrest interviews E.L. James during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her Fifty Shades of Grey book series.
wrote it for me, really. I just felt that it just sort of tumbled out of me. So, I just wanted to write it. Was there extensive personal research or was it more fantasy? I think it’s little bit of both actually.
Cesar Millan interview
Seacrest interviews Millan during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about which celebrity dog he likes the best.
His name is Daddy. He used to belong to Redman, the rapper. At the end I adopted him, he helped me raise my kids, and he helped me do the show. The whole world knows Daddy very well.
Mariah Carey interview
Seacrest interviews Carey during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and asks if she will return to American Idol for another season.
Yeah, I actually can. I love moments like this, because I think they’re great. You work through whatever. I’m just learning. I don’t consider myself a judge, I consider myself as someone who is trying to give constructive criticism and guidance I think it’s a really, really great opportunity for people out there who don’t necessarily have the money to make their own demo or to go to a record company and stuff like that. I have a totally new respect for the whole thing.
Tyler Posey interview
Seacrest interviews Posey during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his relationship status.
I’m dating, I’m in love. She’s a makeup artist. I’ve been in love with her since I was 12-years old, but we didn’t start dating until nine months ago. I feel like she’s the only person I ever want to be with forever.
Ashley Williams interview
Seacrest interviews Williams during On Air With Ryan Seacrest and questions her about costar Neil Patrick Harris.
He’s really kind. He gives me a hug every time he sees me. He says, “Hey! How are you?” He remembers my husband’s name and then just kills. His jokes always work, he’s so funny, he’s so dynamic, he’s so weird, it’s awesome.
Neil Patrick Harris interview
Seacrest interviews Harris during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about the last season of How I Meet Your Mother.
It could be, yeah. Our contract is up at eight (seasons). When you first do a pilot in hopes that goes into a show they make you sign a seven year contract. Then when we renegotiated about halfway through they tacked on another year. So, we had an eight year contract, and this is that eighth season. If we end up doing a ninth season, which would be super rad, then they just sort of have to renegotiate that and figure it all out. I feel like the shows as strong as it’s been and that we, the cast, are getting along as well as we ever have. It seems like a kind of dream job, so it’s one I would love to do for a long time.
Gwen Stefani interview
Seacrest interviews Stefani during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about Miley Cyrus latest album.
She was so cool. I love Miley. She looked hot (at iHeartRadio) too. I asked her about her record. I said ‘Are you making a ridiculously good record?’ because she better be! She said she loves it. So I’m excited to hear what she does.
Matthew Perry interview
Seacrest interviews Perry during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about his roll in the show Go On.
It was kind of perfect because I was looking to do a drama. I realized there was a lot of funny stuff in there, and a lot of good dramatic stuff. There was a scene in the pilot that posed sort of the biggest dramatic challenge I’ve had in a long time.
Elisabeth Shue interview
Seacrest interviews Shue during On Air With Ryan Seacrest about her opinion of costar Jennifer Lawrence.
Jennifer is so comfortable in her own skin, quick witted, smart, and I’m inspired by her talent and grit. When I started working I wasn’t so confident, not even close. Jen’s the 2nd youngest Best Actress Oscar nominee and the highest-grossing female heroine star ever. It’s kinda hard to NOT be in awe.
