Case goes to grand jury

Stewart’s case will be presented to a grand jury in the near future according to Michael Tamillo, the Ontario County District Attorney. The decision comes after the Ontario County Office of Sheriff concluded its investigation last week into the accident that killed sprint car driver Kevin Ward Jr. Stewart may be called to testify.
