I have a very low sperm count. I found out in college, at the University of Iowa. I worked at the hospital school, and they said, ‘Hey, you can donate blood or plasma,’ which I always did for beer money. And then there was a sign that said, ‘You can donate sperm for $35. And I was like, Now I know what I’m doing with my life! I’ll do that three times a day!’ And they [tested] it, and they were like, ‘Yeah, your sperm doesn’t work’.

I have decided that now that I have reached this age I want to lead a fuller life. I want to take more risks. You know what I’m saying I want to do, not crazy risks. I don’t want to go sky diving. I’m not going to take a Carnival cruz, but safe risks like I want to try new restaurants for example. It doesn’t always work in my favor like yesterday I tried a new Korean restaurant that I saw. And I took a risk and it was horrible. I took a risk. I think it was a nail salon during the day.

On her baby weight gain and plans to lose it after giving birth:
Her is my thought on it (baby weight) first of all I did not start off a size two so Im not trying to get back there. And I also kinda feel like it took me nine months to get here I gained around 30 pounds. Its going to take me nine months to get back there. I don’t, I’m not rushing there and really my most important thing is to keep my nutrition strong. I want to breast feed I want my baby to get everything so I’m not going on a diet route.

My team had an [Hair] intervention with me, they really did. I was so comfortable with my swoop bang. They called me ‘Swoop bang gang.’ I’ve been wearing it like this since I was a kid. I knew it was time, I just didn’t know which direction to go in. I didn’t know if I wanted to cut it. I didn’t know if I wanted to color it a different color, but I didn’t know they were going to go for both, though.

I think so. I mean, we talk about it a lot. I feel really lucky. It’s, like, really interesting [to be] in a relationship with someone who is truly my best friend. Like, I talk to her about everything. She will tell me when I’m being not so insane, and sometimes she’s like, ‘You’re being a little bit insane.’ It’s very helpful.”

Well it was very educational, not when I wanted the education. You know a little awkward for sure. Learning proper terms for things that most people wouldn’t even know what that means. Probably about 14 we had the talk. She would talk to me about stuff. She would slip it in like the middle of a conversation and I would be like, “Mom!” and run away.

I never liked diets until you realizes how good they are for you if you find the one that is the best for you. I did the Paleo diet I still am doing the Paleo diet. It’s a caveman diet. It’s gluten-free its dairy free its processed sugar-free. I had to get rid of all of my candy. I have candy draws at my place. Out the window and just give them to my friends.

Yeah I have one but there is nothing like anything that the military does. Do you know what I’m saying? That’s where I draw the line. I’m pass the age, I don’t need to say, “Wee”! I’m not jumping out no plane, I’m not no. I don’t do that but I do want to, I love music and I want to be a backup singer. I can’t sing but it’d be fun.

Honestly, I like funny. There is nothing more comforting than laughing with someone. And I love when your kind. If you don’t get up off a seat on a bus when you see and elderly person then I have no interest of you as a person.

Williams interviews Mark Consuelos on his family, career and his Amazon Prime original series Alpha House. On his family’s winter vacation spot:
Yes, the town that we go skiing in every year they make this igloo and then they move it so it’s in a different place every year. You have to walk to it, like a mile in the woods. We snow shoe-ed there we get there and I’m a little claustrophobic so I didn’t want to go in the igloo. But I was told there might be wine in the igloo so I sacrificed. Inside it was beautiful. Inside you can see that there are trees that hold up the snow and they had a chandelier made out of deer antlers and they had candles on them. It was nice and then you had lunch.

Obsessed is probably the right word. Every kid growing up the like dolls, basketball something every kid gets really kinda into something mine was tornadoes. I would look over lake Michigan and I would see these storms coming across and I’m just so into it. I would ask my mom all these questions and then science and math were my favorite subjects and as I went through school it started to hit me. I better make this my love and my life.

I actually went through a hard time where I really just left church, left preaching, singing gospel music and I was just in a space where I didn’t want to do it anymore. But I met my beautiful wife and she was like my angel. People try to put two and two together [and say] yeah, he left his ex-wife for a younger woman in LA and had a baby. No, that wasn’t the case.
Pebbles interview
Williams interviews Pebbles and questions her on TLC beef, new VH1 Biopic and rumors that she stole millions from TLC.
That was a complete lie but once again there are confidentiality agreements. I went through a bankruptcy and actually it was settled in that case, people saw things but it was sealed. Hell no! I did not steal anything. That was an untruth but VH1 you are helping to promote an untruth.
Porsha Stewart interview
Williams interviews Porsha Stewart and questions her about ex-husband Kordell Stewart’s sexuality and rumors of him committing adultery with men.
What I can say is this, whether he is gay or on the down low, that had nothing to do with our break up. The breakup had to do with the treatment I was receiving as a wife. I just kept hearing so much about it [rumors], I decided to talk to him about it. There’s no way I can move to the next step and not talk to him about this. He just was very detailed about the whole situation. At the end of it he basically said there was no record so, I guess, it can’t be true because there’s no record. So. I don’t know. Take what you want from that. That’s what he said.
TLC interview
Williams interviews TLC’s T-Boz and Chilli and talks about their new Biopic on VH1 TV.
We were involved from the script to the casting and you remember when I was here last time we told you we originally did not want famous people playing us. We wanted to give some new people a chance. But we couldn’t find those people.
