Gambit
Firth plays Harry Deane, a London art curator, in this comedy written by Joel and Ethan Coen and directed by Michael Hoffman. Harry, sick of his terrible boss, puts together a plan to get revenge by getting him to buy a fake Monet. He enlists PJ Puznowski, played by Cameron Diaz, to pose as the owner of the long lost painting. Co-starring Alan Rickman and Stanley Tucci.
Plunging into a bit of physical comedy and abandoning all dignity, no one can really hurt you much after you much after that, once you’ve done it.
