Contraband

Beckinsale plays Kate Farraday, opposite Mark Wahlberg in the 2012 crime-drama Contraband. Wahlberg’s character, Chris Farraday has 2 weeks to pay off a debt that his brother-in-law accrued with a ruthless drug smuggler, to keep Kate and his family safe. Repaying the debt before time runs out gives Chris no other option but to try and run contraband across U.S. borders.

Well I’ve been a big fan of Mark Wahlberg for a really long time and I was really excited to work with him. I’ve never played a character quite like that before.
