So I remember carrying groceries in the hot sun and I remember asking myself ‘how does my dad do this?’, you know what I’m saying? I was this little kid so I really didn’t want to do that, but I had to ’cause my dad was like, ‘Boy you gon’ carry them groceries, you gon’ get on this bus’. It just made me a better person today, you know to appreciate everything, you know nothing was handed down.
