WWE World Heavyweight Champion
Despite interference from Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, Bryan defeats Randy Orton and Batista in triple threat match to claim WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Daniel Bryan defeated Triple H earlier in the night for his spot in the title bout.
To me, it’s almost surreal that it could happen, right? Because I’m still just me, and so it’s crazy that even just where I was in January, as far as where I am compared to now, is just unbelievable, that this could be that dream you had ever since you were a kid, that this could be that moment that you’ve dreamed of your whole life.
WWE.com interview
Carlito talks to WWE.com about life after WWE and his father’s legendary career.
I know a lot of people in the States won’t be too familiar with him. They should know that thanks to him and his promotion, the stars of today and yesterday had a place to go work and groom themselves by learning a different style. They were able to mature because it was consistent — one or two matches every week. I think that’s his biggest contribution.
Talk is Jericho interview
Mysterio appears on Talk is Jericho to discuss his start in wrestling at a young age, lucha libre and his knee issues.
This knee has given me issues in the past. I’ve had a chance now to sit down and watch a couple matches I had in ECW and even my first matches with WCW and just going back and watching those matches. All those falls I’d taken on my knees led up to the problems and surgeries.
Ross Report interview
DDP is a guest on The Ross Report to discuss DDPYoga, WCW and his first story line in WWE.
I would have done people’s champion vs people’s champion. There was money there. I made that idea after meeting Dwayne. Then I got up there and they wanted me to do the stalker thing. I should have said, “That’s an awesome angle for somebody, not me” and walked out right there. But I didn’t.
Ross Report interview
Lita is a guest on The Ross Report to discuss the WWE Hall of Fame and lucha libre.
Rey Mysterio was the number one talent who stuck out to me. I like the mystique of Mexican wrestlers being able to be so expressive with their faces covered. Rey was light-years above the others.
Talk is Jericho interview
Miz appears on Talk is Jericho to discuss reality television, championship belts and the size of WWE locker rooms.
There’s nowhere to go or put your stuff really. You would think as a WWE superstar with the biggest entertainment brand we’d have these huge locker rooms. It’s more like a little cubbie hole.

WrestleMania Mystery
Kane voices himself in WWE Studios/ Warner Brothers collaboration Scooby-Doo film. This is the twenty first direct-to-video Scooby-Doo film. The movie also stars Matther Lillard, John Cena, Brodus Clay and Triple H.
I’ve been in a Superbowl commercial, I’ve had my likeness on toys and video games and now I’m in a Scooby-Doo movie.
Boston Herald interview
Hart talks to The Boston Herald about Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels and CM Punk.
They ended up throwing me and Steve together and it was kind of an ice-cold story line. That was a big disappointment, at first, for Steve and me. We’d just fought months earlier at the Survivor Series, and even though we loved working together, he was looking for someone new to work with and I was looking for Shawn
Wrestling 101 interview
Kelly talks to Wrestling 101 about Vince McMahon and if she will ever return to WWE.
I don’t know to be honest with you, I’m doing some acting at the moment and I’m filming a movie right now. I’m really excited to be on a new adventure but you never know, I’m only 26-years-old so who knows what is going to happen in the future.
Hartford Courant interview
Rhodes talks to The Hartford Courant about Triple H and the Intercontinental Title.
I had been going to WWE management about the Intercontinental title for five, six weeks, and I was met kind of roughly individually each time. But to me, it’s because they weren’t my age. It wasn’t because they thought I was stupid. I think it’s initially because they didn’t connect with my generation because they aren’t part of my generation.
Bleacher Report interview
Kingston talks to Bleacher Report about potentially turning heel in WWE and Wrestlemania.
I think at WrestleMania you definitely want a singles match and not have to share the spotlight with other guys. Money in the Bank was awesome and (created) some of the cooler moments in my career, and it’s awesome to make some memorable moments.
Baltimore Sun interview
Cabana talks to The Baltimore Sun about his time in WWE and Ring of Honor.
Well, it didn’t work out because management said creative didn’t have anything for me. Then I went out and did a web series mocking the answer that they gave me. It was maybe with the big corporate structure that I got lost underneath the pile of people (laughs), that doesn’t sound good, piles of people. But I spent two years under contract with WWE.
Wrestling101.com interview
Kelly Kelly speaks about her early days in WWE:
It was very nerve wracking, I had only been signed for about a month and I was very new and I didn’t know anything. My first day on television I was so nervous and I was doing the expose thing on ECW, it was just very nerve wracking, the only thing I remember is thinking thank god it’s over after I was done.
Ross Report interview
Foley is a guest on The Ross Report to discuss hardcore wrestling, steel chairs and CM Punk leaving WWE.
I imagine that any number of physicians would say he should be taking a long physical break. He worked a more fast pace than anyone I’ve seen in the past decade and that will wear on ya quickly.
Talk is Jericho interview
Lita is a guest on Talk is Jericho to discuss The Hardy Boyz, her origins in lucha libra and leaving WWE.
I did not have a match there (Mexico). I was involved in wrestling related things. I trained at the school there and I got to accompany a team to the ring in a big match at Arena Max and I got to be in a pre-tape as a scared girl promoting a mask vs mask match.
PressofAtlanticCity.com interview
Reigns talks to PressofAtlanticCity.com about Hulk Hogan, The Shield and Wrestlemania.
We’re in the home stretch to WrestleMania, so there’s no time for games. There’s no playing around. Everyone’s trying to get themselves just completely polished before the biggest sports entertainment show on earth, so everybody is going to bring their A games.
WWE.com interview
Natalya talks to WWE.com about tensions on the set of Total Divas and being followed around by the television crew.
It’s kind of weird because I’m so used to them. That’s why they get so much footage of us. The cameras are with us seven days a week, and we forget they’re even there. That’s when you start letting loose and that’s why Season 2 is so good. Things just start flying out of our mouths. I look back at the episodes and I think, “I don’t even remember saying that!” But it happened. It’s when you let your guard down. It’s going to be an interesting ride for the viewers seeing us go through all that.
Talk is Jericho interview
Nowinski is a guest on Talk is Jericho to discuss WWE, Tough Enough and brain injuries in wrestling.
Outside of the six hours of training we (Tough Enough contestants) would do everyday, we got to hang out with Taz and Al Snow and just learn the craft. The rest of it was just hell.
