Guest hosts RAW
Jericho returns to WWE to guest host Monday Night RAW live on the USA Network. WWE announces Jericho will host his talk segment “The Highlight Reel” with guest Rusev.
Wrestling 101 interview
Jericho talks to Wrestling 101 about the possibility of seeing CM Punk wrestle again.
That is something you will have to ask CM Punk, I haven’t spoken to him about it. I do know in 2005 I was very burned out from wrestling and I left for two and a halfyears. If Punk does come back it might take a while because when you’re burned out you’re done, like I said it took me two and half years before I decided I wanted to come back.
Sam Roberts interview
Jericho is a guest on the Sam Roberts wrestling podcast to discuss his relationship with CM Punk and Punk not talking to a lot of former friends in the WWE.
Punk and I were pretty tight and I haven’t heard from him since then. I’m not surprised that he left, but I’m surprised that he stopped talking to everybody, stopped talking to me, because we talked about a lot of stuff beyond wrestling. And that kind of surprised me more than anything, he just detached himself. From what I understand, I’m not the only one, that he pretty much of detached himself from a lot of people who thought they were his friends, but that was him. Maybe he’ll come back and maybe he won’t. In 2005 I did the same, I left and couldn’t take it. I came back and was able to be way better than I ever was.
WWE.com interview
Jericho talks to WWE.com about Fozzy’s new album and their popularity in the UK.
Yeah, they really love us here. For some reason the UK has always supported Fozzy and its a great territory and a great Jericho territory. Whether its coming here with the WWE or coming here with Fozzy, I love the UK.
Miami Herald interview
Jericho talks to the Miami Herald about his latest book and resentment from younger stars toward part time wrestlers.
There shouldn’t be (resentment), because I can come back there and outwork any one of those guys on the roster. When I come back though, I come back to work as many shows as I can. I don’t just come back for TV and pay-per-view. I work with everybody and have great matches. So I don’t think anybody has any issues with Jericho coming back. I think they are actually looking forward to it. If I was coming back and couldn’t do my job, then I would absolutely see why they don’t want me there.
Sportingnews.com interview
Jericho talks to Sportingnews.com about his latest autobiography and why it will appeal to current WWE fans.
This is the first of the books that I’ve done where most of my fans can almost follow along with the bouncing ball because they were there when it happens. They can kind of go back and relive their own experiences of reading these things or and being to go I remember when that happened, I remember when I saw that. It’s the first time that’s happened so I think a lot of people are really able to put this into their own experience because it’s only from the last six, seven years that these stories have been written, even up to the return at the Royal Rumble last year where the book ends. Whether you know all of the stories or some to them, you can relate to your own personal experiences as well.
CBS DC interview
Jericho talks to CBS DC about when he will return for another run in the WWE.
Over the last four of five years my schedules and dates surround Fozzy, and WWE has kind of been not as much of a priority. I still love doing it, but I realize it’s not something I’m going to be doing forever. I realized that years ago. To go back for the European shows, Roman Reigns got hurt, there was some injuries and I always enjoy working overseas. So, it’s kind of just a quick little run. Other than that I don’t know. When this Fozzy tour ends, whenever that may be, if I have time available and the WWE has something interesting for me to do.
Between the Ropes interview
Jericho talks to Between the Ropes about his most recent WWE run and feuds.
The Bray Wyatt cage match in Baltimore and then the Randy Orton – Night of Champions match in Nashville I thought were two…whatever a five star match is. Two really really really good matches that I would put on my list of all-time favorites. And that was good to know because as the years go by, I feel just as good as I ever did.
Busted Open interview
Jericho talks to Busted Open Radio about fans buying into professional wrestling in the modern age.
Well, it is different. After Michaels there was the Mysterio angle. That is what I pitched to Vince to work around Rey’s mask. Vince said ‘they don’t care about the mask’, and I said ‘of course they do that is why they buy it.’ We had this guy wear a mask and never explained what it means too him. I want his mask. Vince said ‘Why do you want his mask’? I said because I am a bully. I want his milk money. I don’t want any milk. I am going to take it and throw it into the lake. Then Vince loved it. Then with the CM Punk feud in 2012 my thing I wanted to take it to this next level I wanted to tattoo him. Vince loved it and then was kind of talked out of it.
Reddit AMA chat
Jericho hosts a live Reddit AMA chat to answer fan questions about Dean Ambrose, Chris Benoit and his thoughts on Bray Wyatt’s future in WWE.
Bray will be a world champion within a year!
The Best in the World at What I Have No Idea
Jericho releases the third book in his memoir series. The book follows the latest chapters in Jericho’s musical and wrestling careers.
Maybe before they’ve read the first one they might wonder why you’d need another, but it’s easy to see you’ve experienced a lot of very strange things in your life and career that no one else has.
Newsday.com interview
Jericho talks to Newsday.com about his feud with Shawn Michaels in 2008.
Wow, what a story,” Jericho said. “Every week there was something new and monumental and cool. We had perfect chemistry, Shawn and I. And the storyline was off the charts, especially after SummerSlam (when Jericho accidentally punched Michaels’ wife in an angle). She really got punched. He and I were mortified about what happened, but in retrospect, it just took that angle to a completely different world. It was something you can’t plan… Obviously, it was the last thing either one of us wanted to happen. But she was OK, and we realized, that’s the best thing that could have happened.

Fatducktech interview
Jericho sits down with Alex Kidman to discuss WWE, critics and his current run with the company.
I do what the boss tells me to do. In this timeframe I wasn’t going to come back unless it was something that interested me to do, and the Bray Wyatt thing was something that i pitched months ago and they finally came through and said ‘we want you to do something with Wyatt’, and that’s how that went down.
Reddit AMA
Jericho hosts an “Ask Me Anything” chat on Reddit. Jericho discusses wrestling, Fozzy and his current status with WWE.
I can’t balance both. Which [is] why I only come back to the WWE when Fozzy is taking a break. My WWE stints will be more like tours now. And this tour ends September in Nashville.
AMH Network interview
Jericho talks to the AMH Network about his use of social media to reach out to fans.
It’s just the best way of promotion, Twitter and Facebook. I remember having a website back in 1997 when no one did because I got it right away how important it is to communicate with people around the world. Also to get the instant feedback, when you do something you can vibe it right away. Did people like it? Did they not like it? This is now the new wave of promoting whatever you’re doing and all of your projects.
Talk is Jericho interview
Heyman sits down with Jericho to discuss CM Punk leaving WWE.
He was unhappy. He had enough. He couldn’t take it anymore. A year before he walked these was daily conversations of, ‘I don’t think I’m going to be able to take this. I’m not sure how much longer I’m going to be here. I don’t know how much longer it’s going to be before I just decide to go home.’ I’m surprised it lasted that long.
Shining Wizards interview
Jericho talks to Shining Wizards about working in WWE and with Fozzy, and his favorite match of all time.
The favorite match that I’ve seen was Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker part one at WrestleMania. I think that’s the best match I’ve ever seen in my life.
