Bruni discusses her first North American tour and fourth CD, Little French Songs, in this interview for PBS.
It’s wonderful to be able to be in America and to play my French music in America. But so music has no language, right, so yeah, I feel a lot freer and very happy, because we have time for the family, a lot less pressure.

Everyone says to me, ‘What does it feel like to be part of the Hollywood life now?’ And I want to say, ‘It’s fabricated.’ None of it’s real. We all go to these events. We put on makeup and clothes that aren’t ours. We give them back at the end of the night, and then we go home and burp the same garlic burps as everyone else. You still have to do your laundry, and your dishes are everywhere. It’s just life.”
Digital Spy interview
Jericho talks to Digital Spy about Sting, CM Punk and Paul Heyman in WWE.
Personally I don’t really have any opinions either way. If he (Sting) comes to the WWE, good for him, it’s great. I saw him a couple of times in TNA and you know pretty much what he can do at this point in time. He is a legend and to have him come to the WWE for the first time would be great, but after a week or two what’s he going to do there?

A lot of people talked about there’s a movie script out there and then I kinda forgot about it case closed. I went on with my life doing stand up comedy. But I only went on the road for the past two years and then 24 comes back and its like back to the drama put the comedy away.
Wynn: Clooney ‘money coddled’
In a Bloomberg TV interview Steve Wynn denys he ever insulted Obama and says Hollywood celebrities “live in a very strange bubble of their own.”
They’re money coddled, they’re highly privileged, We are talking about successful artists like George, Barbra Streisand … they live in a relatively small world, the people around them are very solicitous and caring of them. They have a worldview that is therefore ‘Everything should be given to everybody’ because everything has been given to them.
Wynn also said that as a billionaire businessman, he has a broader perspective than Clooney.
You have to protect the enterprise in order to take care of the employees. So therefore, you can’t be wasteful, you can’t squander things or you jeopardize people. Running a business gives you a sense of compassion that is defined in different terms than someone who just thinks of themselves as generous.
Collider interview
O’Brien is interviewed on set for Collider and talks about how his haircut almost cost him the role, the pressure of the role, and his friendship with co-stars. On his on-screen rivalry with Poulter:
It’s actually uncomfortable! We’re so funny. Even tonight, what we’re doing right now. We wrestle. He’s vicious. He’s scowling. He’s the antagonist of the movie and I’m the protagonist. Wes always says we’re opposite sides of the same coin, so we’re always supposed to be butting heads. Even after every take, he’ll go, “Are you okay?” I’ll go, “Yeah, are you?” He’ll go, “Yeah, but oh, I hit your knee!” And I go, “Yeah, my knee is fine! But how’s your elbow?” It’s just hilarious. We’re buddies off screen, as we all are.
McCaleb never met Karpeles, lost “around $50,000” in site collapse
The original founder of the site explains his relationship with Karpeles in an interview with Ars Technica.
I met [Karpeles] I think on bitcointalk.org. The Bitcoin community was very small at that time and I asked him to do some software development for me. He did that task and I was looking for someone else to run Mt. Gox so I could focus on other things. We discussed the possibility of him buying Mt. Gox from me and I ended up selling it to him in 2011.
I have not had any involvement with Mt. Gox other than as a minority shareholder since early 2011 when I sold it to Mark Karpeles, whom I have never even met in person,” he said. “It is my understanding that Mark also rewrote the entire codebase sometime in 2011 shortly after the sale and none of my code remained in use. Aside from the sale, I have never received any distributions or profits from Mark
McCaleb also tells Ars he lost around $50,000 (held in dollars, not bitcoins) when the exchange closed.
Tavis Smiley interview
Hamlin discusses joining the cast of the AMC drama, Mad Men, in this interview for PBS.
In this case I went in to read for a swinger boss, which was another smaller character, and they said it was one or two days’ work. I thought I did a good job, and then I got the call that I didn’t get the part. I went, “Aw, shucks. Well, there goes Mad Men.” Then three months later I get the call to come in and play this guy. I don’t know, I think it’s – however Matt Weiner works, there’s a particular kind of genius going on there.

For me, it’s like that feeling when you find somebody that you are really are into, and you’re like, ‘Why didn’t I meet you years ago? I wouldn’t have had to go through all this crap. But in all seriousness, “It’s just one of those love songs, like ‘I love you, I’m happy that I found you’ type of thing.
Tia Mowry interview
Williams interviews Tia Mowry and asks questions about her show, Instant Mom.
She is not just any mom, you know. She is still sexy, wearing Louboutin’s and chasing wonderful kids. I love working on this show. It’s so much fun. I produce the show as well.
Tavis Smiley interview
Roberts discusses her career, her bout with cancer, and her new memoir, Everybody’s Got Something, in this interview for PBS.
And yes, when I was a little kid playing in Mississippi and somebody would hurt my feelings or something and I’d come in, and Mama said, “Oh, honey, everybody’s got something.” When I got older and the challenges became a little bit more than someone just picking on me, I remember in 2007 when I was diagnosed with cancer, and she sweetly said, “Honey, everybody’s got something.” That’s what I tried to impart in this book, the life lessons that I learned, to help me get through my something and hopefully get people on the road to something better.
