Louis-Dreyfus is presented with her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for her work in the category of Television. Her name is misspelled on the star, reading “Luis Dreyfus”. Friends Andy Ackerman, Larry David, and Jason Alexander attend the affair in support of Louis-Dreyfus.

The misspelling was so perfectly apt, a great metaphor for show business. Right when you think you’ve made it, you get knocked down. It’s an ideal metaphor for how this business works.
